  4. Put lenses on and then do any makeup on your face and eyes. Similarly remove lenses and then remove your make up. If you use hair spray then put your lenses after spraying.
  5. Always use recommended eye drops, disinfecting contact lens solutions or enzymatic cleaners because some of these eye-products are not safe if your use contact lenses.
  6. To clean your lenses, gently rub it with your index finger on the palm of your other hand. This helps remove surface build up.
  7. Always clean your lenses with sterile solution or hot tap water. Change your lens case every three months.

The trick is to put the contact lens on the tip of your finger so that you can see a cup like formation. Now bring the lens directly in front of your eyes. There is another trick which works if you wear tinted lenses. Place your Bausch and Lomb contact lenses on your fingertip and look down at it. If its edge looks blue or green, it is in right position otherwise it is inverted.
